OTTO BOCK ANNOUNCES NEW POSITION AND PROMOTIONS
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA – September 17, 2004 – Otto Bock HealthCare promoted Don Hardin to the position of Director of Trade, Payor and Government Relations, a new position within the company. Matt Swiggum was named o replace Hardin as the Regional Sales Manager for the central United States.
As Director of Trade, Payor and Government Relations, Hardin will fill a burning need for building relationships that will support the Orthotic and Prosthetic industry by providing education and information. “Hardin is uniquely suited to this new role,” commented Brad Ruhl, Vice President of Sales, “based on his decades of experience and passion for advancing the industry.”
“We are equally excited to promote Matt Swiggum to the position of Regional Sales Manager,” said Ruhl. “With more than six years as an Otto Bock Sales Representative, Matt has the enthusiasm and expertise to provide exceptional service to our customers to help them build their business.” Swiggum’s responsibilities include managing seven sales representatives and all related activities.
