OTTO BOCK HEALTH CARE EXPANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA January 7, 2002 –
To provide the best service possible to its customers worldwide, Otto Bock Health Care announces the expansion of its Customer Service hours of operation. Effective immediately, Customer Service staff will be available to answer inquiries 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Central Standard Time.
In addition to general customer assistance, “late hours” shipping is also now available allowing any order received by 7:00 p.m. CST to be shipped the same day. With customer authorization, products can be delivered as early as the next business day.
