With Quick Ship from Otto Bock, customers call a single number to place fabrication orders and arrange shipping. When customers call 877.FAB.OTTO, Otto Bock begins processing the fabrication order and schedules for the package to be picked up that day.
The goal is to improve the ordering process for customers to make it as easy as possible to order and ship fabrication jobs.
The service also streamlines a customer’s billing processes by consolidating freight and fabrication charges.
