SPRINGLITE PROSTHETIC FEET NOW AVAILABLE FROM OTTO BOCK LOCATIONS WORLDWIDE
Otto Bock Health Care, the world’s leading manufacturer-distributor of prosthetic and orthotic products, has fully integrated Springlite’s high performance prosthetic feet into its global distribution channels. Otto Bock purchased Springlite, a U.S. company, in April 2001.
Otto Bock has invested in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to meet the increased demand for Springlite products. The facility is located in Salt Lake City and staffs engineers who designed the first Springlite feet in 1988. By housing the manufacturing and engineering professionals together, Otto Bock is able to maintain strict quality control.
“We’ve increased our capacity and trained our global Otto Bock locations to support Springlite feet,” said Pat Chelf, Vice President of Marketing for Otto Bock. “Worldwide, our customers now have access to the highest-quality, custom-made, carbon composite feet on the market.”
