  • Discuss the basic soft tissue anatomy and physiology involved with the elbow joint.
  • Explain the arthrology, kinematics, and biomechanics of the elbow joint.

POST-OPERATIVE & REHAB DEVICES - AN APPLICATION OVERVIEW

  • Review therapy product categories and orthotic classifications.
  •  Explain the device/orthoses types and the rehabilitation function of each type of device.
  • Identify associated rehabilitation products by injury/procedure.

 

PROSTHETIC AND ORTHOTIC INTRODUCTION FOR CASE MANAGERS

  • Trends – upper and lower extremity amputations.
  •  Prosthetic and Orthotic Provisioning.
