THE SHOULDER: A LOOK AT THE ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY, PATHOLOGY AND TREATMENT
Objectives:
- Examine the basic skeletal anatomy and physiology of the shoulder joint.
- Discuss the basic soft tissue anatomy and physiology involved with the joint.
- Define the potential pathologies and corresponding treatments of the shoulder joint.
- Explain the arthrology, kinematics, and biomechanics of the shoulder joint.
