Make Payments
Most insurers require patients to make a co-payment for products and services. Therefore, your rehabilitation equipment and services may have co-payments you are responsible for, just as when you visit a physician.
If you have received a statement from OrthoRehab on a co-payment or self-pay bill, you may submit a payment with a credit card by contacting one of our collectors. You will need your invoice or patient account number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
