Genu Carezza orthopedic braces provide light stability and are made from the latest generation of SpaceTex® material.
This material wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping it dry and comfortable, and allows the Carezza braces to be worn for longer periods of time.

Genu Direxa
Genu Direxa orthopedic knee braces offer medium stabilization of the knee joint. All Direxa products have incredible comfort and fit thanks to precise anatomical design in combination with our latest generation of SpaceTex® material.
These braces are available in a wraparound or a closed design to fit different patient demands, and the slim profile makes them easy to wear under clothing.
The Genu Direxa’s innovative Click 2 Fit flexion and extension stops allow for easy, tool-free adjustment between 13 different positions.

Genu Arexa
Our new, functional knee brace sets the standard in compliance, handling and design (by Ora-Ito). Autoadaptive frame and intelligent padding solutions in combination with a number of clever details ensure an individualized fit.
- Unique Click 2 Fit System: The innovative system makes it easy to adjust for knee width and range of motion settings without the need for tools.
- Autoadaptive Frame: We’ve made the proximal and distal ends flexible to better adapt to the shape of the leg when tightening the straps.
- Anatomical Tibia Pads: The tibia is especially sensitive to pressure, so we’ve created a slim, comfortable pad for the distal frame. The strap below the knee is also equipped with a special anatomic pad that prevents pressure points as well as rotational slippage of the orthosis.
- Proprietary TechnoGel® Condyle Pads: TechnoGel® with its unique material properties provides excellent load distribution, offers an optimized contact surface and provides improved hygiene.
- Slim, Lightweight Design: At only 18 oz, the Genu Arexa is one of the lightest functional braces on the market. The Auto Adaptive Frame allows for an intimate fit which allows the brace to be worn easily under clothing. The strap above the calf provides a true circumference fit, limiting migration. All these features lead to increased patient compliance and comfort.
