Post Operative ROM, OA, and Fracture Braces
Post-Operative ROM braces provide stabilization, protect the surgical repair or reconstruction, limit motion as per the prescribing physician's protocol, and allow ambulation and progressive ROM as the patient heals or goes through physical therapy.
OrthoRehab carries post-operative braces from a number of manufacturers including the Otto Bock brand, one of the most intuitive and innovative post-operative bracing solutions on the market today!

OA braces are a type of functional brace designed to stabilize a knee with unicompartmental osteoarthritis (UOA) - arthritis in only one side of the knee joint. UOA is most commonly seen in the medial aspect of the knee joint and can cause the knee to gradually develop a varus (“bowlegged”) curvature, as the joint collapses down onto itself. OA braces apply three points of medial and lateral leverage to decompress the affected compartment

Fracture bracing is used with patients after the initial pain and swelling have subsided. These braces allow for movement of the muscles surrounding the fracture site and assist early and proper healing. Durable, lightweight and adjustable, these braces are ideal for maintaining good hygiene as they can be removed and re-applied easily.
