It can often be very time consuming to complete a whole order. PAULA transfers the patient data and the selected components in an order form, which can be directly sent by the prosthetist to Otto Bock via email.
To complete a prosthetic fitting, the selected components must be ordered. Until now, the prosthetist had to enter all relevant data needed for component selection into an order form, which could often be very time consuming.
PAULA streamlines the ordering process by automatically transferring the patient data needed for ordering into an order form. Moreover, the program also identifies the selected components and forwards them to the order form with their description and article number. Thus, the prosthetist gets a list with all components by simply clicking a button.
The order form is automatically sent to Otto Bock via e-mail, where the order will be processed. If desired, the prosthetist may add any comments to the e-mail to ensure the device is built to patients specifications. The prosthetist will then receive the ordered components, or a fully-built test prosthesis ready to use.
