The 1E58 Axtion®DP features a heel that softens impact without diminishing energy return for a powerful stride. The foot/pylon system is perfectly suited for high activity patients. Your patients will appreciate the added torsion and medial/lateral compliance from this pylon foot.
A variety of pylon and adapter configurations are available to suit your patient. One of the following adapter styles must be ordered separately at the time of purchase:

  • 34 mm Receiver (2R183 and 4R82)
  • 34 mm Pyramid Adapter Set (2R183 and 4R82=P)
  • Composite 4 Hole Adapter No Thread (4R431=2)
  • Composite 4 Hole Metric Adapter Threaded (4R431=1)
  • 34 mm Adapter (2R183)
  • 34 mm Pylon Extension Adapter, Long 4 ¾” (120 mm) Length (2R183=L)
