Hip Joint 7E7
The upper section of the hip joint is screwed to the lamination plate in the socket and is connected to the lower joint section through the hip’s axis. Abduction/adduction and flexion/extension are continuously adjustable. The extension assist is located in the joint’s lower section and is designed to limit the range of motion during ambulation through the tension applied to the stride control spring. The hip joint has a low structural height to avoid excessive pelvic tilt when sitting.
