OBSS Vinyl Covered Seat Cushions

 In collaboration with Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, a national leader in clinical solutions for disabled children and adults, Otto Bock is pleased to make a vinyl covering option available for OBSS seat cushions.  Vinyl covering creates a durable, moisture-repellant surface, ideal for patients who tend to spill or patients who are incontinent.  Additionally, the vinyl covering makes the seat cushion extremely easy to clean and maintain: the cushions are simply wiped clean, minimizing caregiver time and patient downtime out of their seating system.

Rehab specialists and clinicians who are certified to fit OBSS cushions can offer this seat covering option now to their Long Term Care referral sources and other patients.

Royal Blue
Gray
Black

Fabrication requirements when specifying vinyl seat covering:

• Vinyl covering is only available on OBSS seats, not available on OBSS back cushions.
• Vinyl-covered seat ordered will include a trial fit before the definitive cushion is fabricated.
• Bottom mounting material is plywood.
• Cushion laterals must be reinforced.
• Abduction pommel with a height above 4” cannot be guaranteed.
