The 17M1 and 17M2 are particularly easy to fabricate while also offering real functionality, and your patients will benefit from the fixing, supporting or correcting effects they offer.

The 17M1 dual-function ankle joint with stop pins and springs is used to limit and support plantar flexion and dorsal extension. For example, it can be used in cases of peroneal paralysis and ICP. In cases such as pronounced bone instability, the 17M2 free-moving ankle joint is indicated. The maintenance-free, supported joints are not restricted in the a/p direction and are stable in the m/l direction.
