Trigger Lock
Sold individually, this joint features a contoured medial bar for closer profile and an assertive spring-loaded lever, which makes a very positive and safe lock in the extended position. This joint can be used with three different options:
Free independent levers
Front opening pull cord
Posterior release bar
Available with either Stainless Steel or Aluminum side bar.

Width 16 mm for stainless steel and 20 mm for aluminum, thickness 5 mm, length 410 mm for upper section and 560 mm for lower section.
Trigger Lock Option Kits
Option Kit One
When using a bale lever with front opening pull cord.
- Guide pins should be fitted to joint 4" above center of knee.
- Cut outer PVC tube back to allow perlon to be inserted through guide pin.
- Then pass the perlon through the hole at the end of each bale lever.
- Finally, loop the perlon ends back on themselves and attach firmly with the crimps/ferrules supplied.

Option Kit Two
- Insert bale arms.
- Lock nuts with slots in position.
- Insert angled aluminium bar at drilled end.
- Insert split pin to secure.
- Shape bar.
- Cut and drill ¼ inch diameter hole.
- Insert pin as shown in photo.
