After 25 years, Otto Bock Modular System adjustment pyramids and adapters are used worldwide!

Our new titanium adapters further enhance the broad range of adjustments possible in the Otto Bock Modular System. The 4R72 Double Adapter (available in four sizes) provides the connection between any two pyramids at the knee or ankle. Combined with the 4R73 Eccentric Adapter, these double adapters offer additional diagonal and axial positioning of the prosthetic socket. The 4R84 Double Adapter connects a pyramid on one side and adjustment screws on the other. It can be used with a rotation adapter for additional alignment capabilities.
