Body Powered Hooks and Wrist Units

The system inner hand encloses the hand mechanism and provides the shape of the cosmetic hand. It has been selected according to the size of the inner hand and is available in 18 shades.

In cable-activated prostheses, a hook, as opposed to a prosthetic hand, is used as the terminal device. The prosthesis is activated by pulling a cable and closes automatically under spring or rubber tension.

Wrist units of various designs provide the connection between prosthetic hand and prosthetic forearm. The wrist units are attached to the forearm and accept the connection elements of the terminal devices.
