Now available to patients in the United States and Canada, the Dyneva product is notable because it is a dynamic flexion orthosis controlled by a spring mechanism that extends the entire spinal column during movement. Dyneva focuses on promoting physical activity, which helps patients maintain a normal lifestyle.

With its unique spring mechanism, Dyneva significantly reduces the compression of the motion segments and facet joints caused by muscle tension during movement and reduces the load on the lumbar spine.
